IT: Diritto di recesso, resi e rimborsi

Ai sensi dell’art. 59, comma 1, lett. c) del D.lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), il diritto di recesso è escluso per i prodotti confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati.

I prodotti A5 – Journal – Made to order e B7 – Journal – Made to order rientrano in tale categoria, in quanto realizzati artigianalmente su specifica richiesta del cliente.

Pertanto:

• non è previsto il diritto di recesso,

• non sono accettati resi,

• non sono previsti rimborsi o cambi,

salvo quanto indicato nel paragrafo seguente.

Prodotti artigianali

I prodotti Atelier 14 sono realizzati a mano (handmade) utilizzando pelli naturali.
Eventuali variazioni o imperfezioni di natura estetica (quali differenze di colore, grana, texture o segni naturali della pelle) non costituiscono difetti, ma caratteristiche intrinseche del prodotto artigianale.

Difetti strutturali

In caso di difetti strutturali e non estetici, debitamente documentati e verificati da Atelier 14, è previsto esclusivamente un rimborso parziale.

In tali casi:

• il prodotto dovrà essere restituito al mittente,

• le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili,

• il rimborso sarà effettuato solo dopo la ricezione e verifica del prodotto.

EN:  Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds

Pursuant to Article 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

The A5 – Journal – Made to order and B7 – Journal – Made to order products fall under this category, as they are handcrafted and made upon the customer’s request.

Therefore:

• the right of withdrawal is excluded,

• returns are not accepted,

• refunds or exchanges are not available,

except as stated below.

Handmade products

Atelier 14 products are handmade using natural leather.
Minor aesthetic variations (such as differences in color, grain, texture or natural markings) do not constitute defects, but are inherent characteristics of handcrafted goods.

Structural defects

In the event of structural (non-aesthetic) defects, duly verified by Atelier 14, a partial refund only may be granted.

In such cases:

• the item must be returned to the sender,

• shipping costs are non-refundable,

• refunds will be issued only after inspection of the returned item.
